Spit from Graz, Austria has been involved into various experimental music and dance music projects. Djaying since 1993, he also performed at various clubs and Venues in and around New York like the Ps1 or the Gavin Brown Gallery. Beeing a resident guest dj together with Nicolas Mazets over two years at the Passerby (Chelsea) helped him to train his crossover style. Also in New York he hosted the legendary party series "modesty blaze" in cooperation with partner John Zurhellen, which took place at several venues in Manhattan and Brooklyn and featured guests like DjDimitri from Deelight, Taketo, Nico, Dj Walter Wolf, Shitrobot (Dfa), Hiaz (Farmersmanual) to name a few. Nowadays he is located in Zurich hosting the stretchyourdisco partyseries, featuring brennan green, johnny chingas, baris k. and many more. His funky oldschool and grooveoriented yet broken and heavily electronic influenced style will most likely set some standards for the upcoming decades.
