music is always moody, and this EP is no exception. It feels almost like a slap on the face of all those who dared throwing Brendon in a pigeon hole.
I'm so looking forward to listen to it more in detail (not just the preview fractions) to have a sronger opinion, but so far, SO GOOD!!!

Brendon Moeller emphasizes the dub in dub techno under his Echologist guise, but don't expect just pleasant chill-out sounds from this album. Despite its lack of a straight kick-drum, 'Subterranean' is more at home on a strobe-lit dance-floor than on a Caribbean beach. Massive.

Brendon Moeller isn't slowing down this year and offers another excellent release on his own Steadfast label. Enhanced by a great remix from Anton Zap, and what comes as quite a surprise another mix by Terrence Fixmer, this EP fits perfectly into deep sets. Nice.

Anonymous project Lightness drops a dubby deep house hit that fits superbly well on Brendon Moeller's Steadfast imprint. Version one is a slow rocker in a minimalistic Theo Parrish kind-of-way, while version number two features a fat low end and waves of trancey dub synths.
