London based label Soul Jazz Records has made a name for itself with high quality compilations of music from around the world. Acclaimed collections like the Studio One recordings or the Nu Yorika series have ensured the label itself a somewhat legendary status as a forbearer of the current 'Outernational' trend. Soul Jazz Records is however also involved in the cutting edge of electronic music, releasing artists like Secondo and Rekid, as well as compilations for styles like dubstep or acid house.
