Since 2003 Stephan Laubner has been creating his own musical universe on his Something label: Droning ambient soundscapes as Lunatik Sound System, sparse lo-fi house grooves under his STL alias make up one of the most impressive and idiosyncratic label catalogues in recent German electronica.

Stephan Laubner aka STL's otherworldly approach to deep house make all of his releases on labels like his own Something, Smallville and Perlon buy-on-sight. This 2012 collection of unreleased cuts and jams is equal parts trippy and stone-cold beautiful, deep supra-dancefloor journeys. Highly recommended.
