Moodmusic Moodmusic
In 1996 Klas Lindblad (aka Freestyle Man, a.k.a. Sasse) started Moodmusic with the first release, 'Sasse Presents...', a 4 track EP with influences from NYC and Detroit house, which instantly caused havoc on European dance floors. The following releases put Moodmusic on the map of recognized house labels with the distinctive sound and top-notch A&R abilities of Sasse and his tightly knit artist roster.

This October has provided us with an abundance of outstanding albums, and it's been harder than ever to pick our release of the month. In the end the accolades had to go to Martyn's brilliant 'Ghost People' full-length, which evolves his sound far beyond the more...

First single from the 'Plus' album of Vladislav Delay's recently revived Luomo project sees a host of remixes of the aptly-titled 'Good Stuff'. Ralf Schmidt aka Aera does a top elasticy-deep house rework, Berlin-based Dave DK a darker, minimal one and Nils Penner delivers a smooth ebbing winder. Sweet!

Dirt Crew's James Flavour joins Moodmusic's Sasse for a kicking, dubbed-out house hit, coming with two excellent remixes by Tony Lionni, who raises the anthem factor many times over with his 'Deeptech Remix'. Killer package.
