Despite being based in Philadelpia, Mad Decent has been a big factor in making the Baltimore sound popular all over the world. Everybody knows Diplo's Mad Decent is all about rocking the party. London's L-Wis 1990 produced the label's biggest party-smasher of 2009, 'United Groove'. The label saw fit to commission a panel of experts to create larger than life reworks of the B-more bass anthem, including Cosmin TRG, MJ Cole, and Buraka Som Sistema.
