On the concert stage Elektro Guzzi take their unique brand of live-played acoustic techno to a whole new level, and 'Live P.A.' does a great job in capturing this experience. Derived from Stefan Goldmann's commissioned ballet 'The Grand Hemiola', the title track sees dramatic orchestral and percussive fragments formed into winding complex rhythms. The remainder are excellent delicate and hypnotic rhythmical compositions, emphasizing the fine acoustic textures. Superb.
