La Pena
A new project started by Arno Völker and Miguel Ayala (a.k.a. Einzelkind), La Peña (spanish for 'clique') releases anonymous productions coming from well known protagonists of the currently booming Frankfurt house music scene. With its owners born and raised in Cuba, the label favours percussive tracks that blend the suggestive grooves of minimal techno with a more organic house music feel.

The La Peña collective delivers the 7th edition of its anonymous mini-compilations, this time with four distinctly different tunes, from the rude Chicago bounce of 'My Pussy' to the James-Bown-sampling 'Think' and the pop house of 'Other Busch'. Nice collection.
