Everybody's krautpop darlings Stabil Elite drop their debut album via Italic, and 'Douze Pouze' lives up to the hype with an intriguing fusion of early Kraftwerk cosmic jams, disco wave and sharp, yet unobtrusive German lyrics. Fans of Düsseldorf music, past and present, don't miss this!

Düsseldorf's Stefan Schwandner leaves the clean techno-disco of his Antonelli guise by the way-side for his first album as Harmonious Thelonious. 'Talking' is all about rough percussive grooves, taking cues from African music as much as from Krautrock and contemporary electronica. Brilliant album.

Kreidler venture into cosmic territory with their seven minute percussive edit of 'Impressions d'Afrique', while the flip-side features a killer Unit 4 rework, bringing back spaced out disco to the dancefloors and sweet memories of 1970's classics like Moroder's 'I Feel Love' or Space's 'Magic Fly' to mind.
