A fine set of remixes for DJ Harvey's recent album: Rub N Tug' Eric Duncan provides a take on 'Tan Sedan' that comfortably sits between percussive neo-disco and floor-friendly filter house, while Ghostly's Com Truise contributes a great, spaced-out electro hip-hop mix of 'Throwdown'. Recommended.

Everybody to the sun: DJ Harvey brings his Locussolus project to the album format, and featuring the talens of Andrew Weatherall, Emperor Machine, and Lindstrøm & Prins Thomas this is a fantastic, 1:30 hours long journey of lush cosmic disco, psychedelic dubs, and krauty garage jams. Delirious.

From subtle disco pop tracks like 'Hex' to cosmic synth-strumentals like 'Solar Flares Burn For You' London's Gatto Fritto knows how to arrange his densely layered pads and rhythms, finely balancing balancing pop appeal and complexity, while always maintaining a distinct melancholic mood. Fine album.

Long-standing UK DJ and producer Dan Keeling releases his first for International Feel, every bit as heavenly as the title 'The Goddess' suggests. Deep, glittering synths immerse in a sunny slo-mo disco euphoria whilst the experimental Quiet Village remix absorbs with a sweaty jungle feel. Brilliant release.

The third and final part of DJ Harvey's Locussolus project ends with a bang. 'I Want It' is a purely seductive funked up neo-disco cut complete with sensual shivering chord stabs and 'hit' stamped all over it whilst 'Next To You' drops a fair few bpm for a sleazy cosmic funk jam. Yes yes yes.

DJ Harvey drops a pair of sure-fire hits via International Feel, 'Tan Sedan' and 'Throwdown', the former an Italo-disco burner, the latter a slowed-down groove pop monster. Check.
