Leipzig's highly recommendable dub-techno imprint Instabil releases the second volume of its 'File Under Dub' series. Five excellent dub house and techno tracks showcase young artists such as Modern Walker (ISENDIT.) and Satore (Minuendo). Deep and sweet, this definitely one to check out.
