Clone dates back to 1992 and is one of the leading Dutch record labels and distributors specializing in underground electronic music, from electro to Chicago house and neo-disco. In spring 2009, Clone ceased operation of its main label, instead issuing limited thematic 'series', such as the Basement, Club, Loft Supreme, Jack For Daze and West Coast series.
