Amazing Sounds Amazing Sounds
In the late summer of 1976 Krautrock and electronic music pioneers Harmonia collaborated with Brian Eno to create the now seminal 'Tracks & Traces' release. The resulting abstract experiments, packed with warm harmonies, wheezing drum machines, woozy synths and slide guitar feel as fresh and relevant today as the day they were recorded. London based DJ/producer/bloggers Allez Allez are delighted have commissioned two fresh re-interpretations of the old masters' work by modern day innovators Shackleton, and Appleblim w/ Komonazmuk to ease the retro futurism of Harmonia & Eno's compositions onto a tripped out 21st century dancefloor.

Laid-back disco groover 'Still Sound' was one of the highlights on Toro Y Moi recent second album, and on this EP Toby Tobias and French newcomer Voodoo Bear add subtle touches of house music to the track. Deep pads and square-wave bass lines make for three perfectly low-slung summery disco house hits.

Border Community's Luke Abbott continues to push his diverse sound with this latest EP. The title track 'Honeycomb', a hypnotic lullaby, leads nicely on to 'One Hundred and Thirteen' and hyped up 8-bit action 'Present', rounding off with a wall of sound on 'Schmitt Swell.' Four tracks of electronica splendor.
