Official CTM.10 Compilation

Between January 15 and February 7, 2010, De:Bug and zero" have proudly presented Club Transmediale's official audio compilation as a free download.

In case you have missed it, we invite you to check out the compilation's individual tracks below, which are still available for purchase:

Patric Catani - Lemniscate 14
Based on the concepts of visual artist Jorinde Voigt, Patric Catani and Chris Irmler have devised 16 compositions in the circular and mathematical fashion of Voigt's drawings. Minimalistic abstraction meets beat science.

Hildur Gudnadottir - Erupting Light
Icelandic cellist Hildur Gudnadottir records compositions of fragile and emotional clarity and her album 'Without Sinking', off which this track is taken, has been one of our neo-classical favourites last year.

Mount Kimbie - Maybes
British project Mount Kimbie brilliantly combines modern dustep with influences from experimental electronica, chiptunes and pop. All stumbling rhythms and melancholic chants, 'Maybes' is one of their stand-out tracks so far.

Glass Candy - Candy Castle
The project of the Chromatics' Johnny Jewel, Glass Candy is pure pop glamour, liberally taking inspiration from 1980s dance music for their melancholic disco anthems, such as the slow-burning 'Candy Castle' off their 'Beat Box' album.

Guido Möbius - Gosse Overman
Berlin experimental musician Guido Möbius has turned to glitched-up rock, pop and R'nB elemnts for his latest album 'Gebirge' on Karaoke Kalk. Utterly undescribable music but highly intriguing.

Etienne Jaumet - Entropy
Part of Krautrock disco outfit Zombie Zombie, Parisian Etienne Jaumet has recently gone solo with his John Carpenter-like analogue synth-disco soundtracks. Epic sci-fi music.

Desire - Don't Call
Without a doubt one of our favourite pop songs of 2009, and also a Johnny Jewel production, Desire's separation anthem 'Don't Call' is another gem from Jersey City's great Italians Do It better label.

Scuba - Klinik
Scuba's Hotflush imprint been leading the way for the stylistic expansion of the dubstep genre in recent times, and his own productions are always among the label's highlights.

Funckarma - Nays of Dight
Brothers Don and Roel Funcken have been on leading edge of broken beat music for many years now, be it electro, IDM, or most recently dubstep.

Aoki Takamasa - RN2-09 PT1 + PT2
Japanese producer Aoki Takamasa devised the thrid edition of Raster-Noton's brilliant 'Unum' series with high-intensity glitched hip hop breaks, taking cues from techno and dubstep.

Joris Voorn - Empty Trash
A techhouse tune from Dutch producer Joris Voorn, 'Empty Trash' builds on a filtered, dubby chord progression up to its vocal-induced climax. Enthusiastic dance floor response guaranteed.

Drop The Lime - Set Me Free (Harvard Bass Remix)
Drop The Lime is New York's Luca Venezia, producing his eclectic rave-electro sound for labels such as Kid 606' Tigerbeat6 imprint.

Oni Ayhun - OAR002
One of the highlights of CTM.10, mysterious electronica project Oni Ayhun pulls all the strings in this 20 minutes epic: From Drexciyan electro to spaced-out soundscapes, 'OAR002' is simply perfect futuristic music.

Last year's official compilation (CTM.09)
Exclusive Tracks by Alva Noto, Anja Schneider, Syncom Data and Sweat.X are just some of the gems on last year's Club Transmediale audio compilation. Other artists include Wolfgang Voigt's Gas, Lindstrøm & Prins Thomas, Guillaume & the Coutu-Dumonts, Jesse Rose & Henrik Schwarz, Stewart Walker and Pole.
