Valencia is located at the Mediterranean coast of Spain. With its 850.000 inhabitants it is the countries third-biggest city, 80000 of them being students. Because of the Fallas, a festival where all districts expose larger-than-live-sized wooden figures, which often caricature persons of public interest, the Valenciens are famous for their exuberant and humorous character.
