Chelmsford is the county town of Essex and located 30 miles north east of London's Charing Cross. The two most prominent 'Chelmsfordians', as the inhabitants are called, are probably the Jenkinson brothers Tom (a.k.a. Squarepusher) and Andy (a.k.a. Ceephax Acid Crew). Beyond the braindance mayhem Chelmsford also offers a small annual film festival hosted by the local university of arts.
