Capital of Belgium and home to most institutions of the European Union, Brussels is home to a noteworthy electronic music scene, dating back to the times of EBM and new beat, which have been very popular in Belgium during the 80s and early 90s. The most famous Brussels club institution is Fuse (also known through its mix series on Music Man), which has been operating since 1994 and which is still well worth a visit.
