Next Wednesday, November 11, zero" will once again return to Berlin's Berghain Kantine to host a night at the wonderful Killekill club. As always we have done our best to assemble a sterling line-up, bringing together artists from diverse styles and genres for a memorable night.
Top of the bill is Paul Rose a.k.a. Scuba, British dubstep-techno-fusion pioneer and founder of one the currently hottest labels around: Hotflush. Having just finished the next part of Ostgut's Berghain mix compilation series, Scuba will show off his skills at Berghain Kantine for the first time.
Having just recently returned to Berlin from his Canadian home, Daniel Gardner a.k.a. Frivolous will present his current and forthcoming productions from behind the decks. He's just joined Luciano's Cadenza stable after his much vaunted outings on ~scape and Karloff, and we're eager to hear what Mr. Gardner has cooked up. Only few artists can claim to represent the soul of Berlin techno better than Pacou: Born and bred in the divided city, Lars Lewandowski belonged to the first generation of resident DJs at Berlin's legendary Tresor club, producing his trademark analogue techno for the label. Founding his own imprint Cache Records in 2005, Pacou has developed his distinct style into a more reflective direction since, collaborating with Mike Huckaby or MLZ for highly regarded releases. Regarded as one of Austria's biggest electronic music talents, Clara Moto records her fragile, minimalistic techno compositions for Agoria's excellent Infiné label. With her hit 'Silently' recently featuring on Claude VonStroke's Fabric mix and her debut album forthcoming in spring, we tip her as one of the rising stars of 2010. zero" at KilleKill Running Order: 11:00-01:00 Kokotronic (zero") 01:00-02:00 Clara Moto (Infiné) 02:00-03:00 Scuba (Hotflush)
