dBridge returns with a fantastic single which contrasts Prince-style soul vocals with cold, fast and ultra-minimal rhythms. Morgan Zarate steps up the future r'n'b factor, adding fat, neon coloured pads, while Consequence adds a banging 808 for his awesome, electro-inspired take. Highly recommended.

The massively successful podcast series, Club Autonomic, has turned heads across the entire dance music world. Its founders, dBridge and Instra:mental, unveil the official label, Autonomic, with a release by themselves and a very special guest, Skream!
Acacia Avenue
(Track 01 on this Maxi-Single)
The 50th edition of Fabric's acclaimed Fabriclive series, dBridge and Instra:mental's mix is a land-mark release more than worthy of the round catalogue number. With their Autonomic podcast the London based trio has recently taken the web by storm, fluently crossing over styles ranging from electro-funk and hip-hop to dubstep and abstract electronica.
Their 'Autonomic' Fabric mix condenses the genre-binding concept of their ridiculously popular podcasts in 73 awestruck minutes, laying out the blueprint for a distinct style of their own, both coherent and diverse.
Autonomic shifts seamlessly between the breakneck speeds of drum'n bass and dubstep's half-step, picking up the pace at just the right moments, while leaving plenty of space for more introspective tracks and even some genuine pop moments, such as Riya's lovely r'n'b style opening track 'Seems Like', forthcoming on dBridge's own label Exit Records.
Besides plenty of dBridge and Instra:mental's own material, the mix features productions by cutting-edge artists of the moment, such as Scuba, Distance or Actress. For anyone interested in new sounds, Autonomic is as contemporary as it can get.
