It's once again time for our Crew Picks podcast, which brings you a hot selection of our favourite tracks from the past few weeks.
For every Crew Picks edition each member of our team selects five of his current favourites to be assembled into a one-hour mix by one of the DJs in our crew. This time around the mixing part has been done by Koko, responsible for the number-crunching at zero" and currently preparing the launch of his upcoming label Shaddock with mathematical precision. |

For this month's Crew Picks Koko has delivered an inspired mix of techno and house, which is surely one of the finest sets we've hosted so far. Starting out with Atheus' dubtechno bomb 'Deploy' and Art Department's current floorburner 'Vampire Nightclub', the mix moves into African percussion territory with a bunch of great remixes: DJ Sneak's adaptation of Radio Slave, Losoul's version of Ideal's new-wave classic 'Schöne Frau mit Geld', and Olof Dreijer's remake of Emmanuel Jal for Innervisions. With more deep material by Delta Funktionen, Horizontal Ground, and Austrian house hotshot Andy Catana thrown in-between, the mix ends on a dubbed-out broken beat note with A Made Up Sound and Velour. |
