London-based producer Jeremy Duffy (aka Duff Disco) has been releasing as Duffstep for less than a year, with just a couple of singles on Saigon Recordings and Electric Minds. Yet he's quickly accumulated many fans with his winning slowed down and funked-up disco and dubstep influenced beats.

'Getting To Sirius' dropped early this year on the label he co-founded, Join The Dots, with a stunning animated video for the unruly bass-stepping 'The Way It's Got To Be'. His debut album, it melted almost everyone in its path, cosmic-bound synth melodies, dusky beats and warm fuzzy bass making even more sense now the summer is finally getting underway.

Not just a great album nestling between dancefloor and bedroom, it also came with several brilliant remixes including Falty DL, Mark E and Riley Reinhold putting their own twist on Duffstep's atmospheric tunes. His live audiovisual sets with VJ Rebel Overlay look fittingly epic and with his summer jam-packed with tourdates, he is set to get even bigger.
In his exclusive mix for zero", Duffstep opens with a deep space-funking track by fellow young talent Alphabets Heaven, passing through a lush tripping cut from Move D & Juju 'Your Personal Healer', 'Aquatic Family Affair' from 2562's latest excellent disco-sampled album 'Fever', Kahn's addictive 'Like We Used To' and both sides off the recent single by upcoming UK producer Youandewan. Sounding out with the old-school disco sound of the elusive Tom Noble's 'Dancing Hard', it could well be a mantra for the rest of the summer.
