Leading up to the festival the Elevate 2011 Tour will kick off this week. With stops in eight cities in six countries over the next three weeks the tour will present a cross section of this year's festival line-up. First stop will be Berlin's What?! club this Saturday, September 17: Keyboard wiz Dorian Concept will throwdown live on stage, while the decks will be in the hands of Shitkatapult's Phon.o, Infiné's Clara Moto, and Trust's DJ Glow, who should supply a varied musical line-up for the night, ranging from futuristic bass music to techno, house and electro. Next stops for the tour will be Merano (23/09), Innsbruck (24/09) and Graz (30/09), with dates in Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest and Zagreb following in October. Photek and Jon Hopkins should be among the international guests joining the tour at some point, so we suggest keeping an eye out for Elevate's magic bus. |
