Quite certainly one of the UK's most eccentric electronic pop music artists, Cursor Miner returns with his fourth album, 'Requires Attention'. Rob Tubb's idiosyncratic output on Lo Recordings, such as his previous full-length 'Danceflaw' from 2006, might have somewhat prepared us for this, but Tubb's high-speed voyage through psychedelic folk pop, hard-hitting grunge breaks and a variety of other musical genres is still guaranteed to make your head spin.

'Requires Attention' comes with a great video courtesy of Sheffield's JimJam Graphics, who recently signed responsible for Walls' equally excellent 'Gaberdine' video. The clip for the album's lead single, 'Luna', plays on the lonely astronaut theme, and what better way is there to drift marooned through outer than space than supplied by a healthy dose of visual acid.
Album released 02-11-2010 on Uncharted Audio
The fourth album to emerge from Chichester's Rob Tubb, as typically eccentric and flamboyant as you would expect from this one-man tornado. Stylistically snatching at dubstep, electro, IDM and industrial and landing in a world of absurd twisted pop, it's a difficult album to ignore!
Guest mix from Cursor Miner on The Centrifuge Radio Show, tonight (11/11/10), 10pm on www.brap.fm, archived soon afterwards on mixcloud.com/ursa
