Hamburg's Bureau B imprint has recently begun to re-issue the catalogue of legendary 1970s Krautrock label Sky Records, including early electronica and ambient masterpieces by Cluster, various collaborations of Moebius, Roedelius and Brian Eno, as well as the only solo album of Wolfgang Riechmann.
Among the classic recordings are milestones such as Cluster's 'Sowieso', the 'Cluster & Eno' collaboration album from 1977, or Hans-Joachim Roedelius' solo debut 'Durch die Wüste' ('Through The Desert').

The series also brings attention to lesser known gems, such as the brilliant 1978 album by Wolfgang Riechmann, 'Wunderbar'. Riechmann, who had previously played in bands with Neu!'s Michael Rother and Kraftwerk's Wolfgang Flür, was tragically stabbed to death only three weeks before the album's initial release. On 'Wunderbar', his only solo recording, he combines pop and space-rock elements with sequenced ambient in the style of the early Tangerine Dream.
