In collaboration with m-nus and CTM.10, zero" is proud to feature the informational trailer for the Club Transmediale screening of the film Making CONTAKT (The Documentary) by Ali Demirel, Richie Hawtin, Niamh Guckian and Patrick Protz.
The film will be screened on Wednesday 3 February at 22:30 in the Kino Babylon in Berlin - close to the CTM.10 festivals main venues.
For its tenth anniversary in 2008 the m-nus label, operated by Richi Hawtin and home to fellow artists such as Magda, Troy Pierce and Marc Houle, embarked on a worldwide tour running by the name of CONTAKT - a free-flowing, improvisational show involving the label's top DJs and live performers backed up by state of the art visuals.
Making CONTAKT superbly documents the journey, offering a unique, behind the scenes look at what makes this crazy, passionate and highly focused group of individuals tick, as they attempt to redefine the conventional clubbing experience. The DVD release of Making CONTAKT is set for Feb 26th, 2010. |
