Singapore's Xhin appears with his third album, landing on Lucy's excellent Stroboscopic Artefacts label. His sturdy, biting techno tempered out as an intricate journey, glassy soundscapes fascinatingly detailed, rearticulating Detroit, Berlin, Sheffield's techno history in a way definitely his own. Highly recommended.
