According to legend, the musical partnership of Gabor Schablitzki (a.k.a. Robag Wruhme and Sören Bodner (a.k.a. Monkey Maffia) dates back to the late 80s, when the two met breakdancing in their East-German hometown of Jena. United by a broad-minded love for music, the two started DJing and eventually producing, taking their style from more traditional house grooves to their distinct deep techno of late. After 17 years of working together the pair announced their break-up at the end of 2009.
