Wareika members Henrik Raabe and Jakob Seidensticker have been making music together since their school days, playing in various bands together and crafting beats as The Havana Boys. Completing Wareika's line-up is Florian Schirmacher, part of Glowing Glisses, Federleicht, and a successful solo producer. Together the Wareika boys record epic house music tracks, characterised by the use of natural instruments and loose afro-style percussions, which have been appearing on labels as diverse as Eskimo, Connaisseur and Perlon. Their debut album 'Formation' has been released in Spring 2010 and has been widely lauded as one of the most original house music albums in recent times.
