Touane is producer and DJ Marco Tonni, born in 1979 in Rimini, who after a few years of living in Bologna left Italy for good in 2004 and settled down in Berlin. After fulfilling the cliché of an Italian emigrant in Germany by working as a pizza maker, his first 12" 'Afasia' was released on Stewart Walker's Persona Records and with Stewart's help and guidance, he managed to develop and distinguish his own style of minimalistic techno. He continued by releasing the album 'Awake', getting attention from press and music lovers all over Europe. He started touring Europe, playing cities such as Madrid, Moscow, and Rome, while simultaneously refining his studio and live show.
