Berlin's Monika Enterprise is run by Gudrun Gut, who was an early member of the Einstürzende Neubauten and famously founded the 80s new wave band Malaria. The label's musical policy eschews both the mindless repetition of corporate club culture and the stereotypes of indie music. Monika Enterprise also manages to release music from a roster mainly consisting of female artists.

The Album 4 Women No Cry Vol. 3 was reviewed:
Gudrun Gut: "The 4 Women No Cry series is one of my favourite projects on Monika. This is part three and another great surprise for me what kind of music is being made by female bedroom producers all over the world. Lucrecia hails from Columbia and, with the help of her father, builds the most amazing electronic instruments. When I got the chance to see her play live I couldn't believe how talented she is: unique sound, brilliant voice, technique and charisma."
