From his start in the hardcore techno scene to his successful partnership with Miss Kittin, Michel Amato a.k.a. The Hacker is one of today's most respected and innovative French artists. Electro, New Wave and EBM serve as the musical background of his productions, e.g. on his albums 'Mélodies En Sous-Sol' (1999) and 'Reves Mecaniques' (2004). He has further collaborated with Kiko, Alexander Robotnik, David Caretta and remixed for the likes of Mark Almond, Fischerspooner, Air or Nizer Ebb.
