Terence Fixmer Terence Fixmer Terence Fixmer Music Producer (MP3 Downloads) Artist Electric Deluxe
One of the few artists who successfully translated the aesthetics of EBM into the age of techno, Terence Fixmer jump-started his career with his releases for Gigolo Records at the turn of the millennium. He frequently collaborates with Nitzer Ebb vocalist Douglas McCarthy, while his solo productions, these days mostly appearing on Jochem Paap's Electric Deluxe label, have taken a turn towards more hypnotic and reduced techno.

An excellent spin-off of Terence Fixmer's recent album, 'Comedy of Menace Part 2' features Niederflur, Brendon Moeller, and Speedy J on remixing duties, with each new version presenting a unique twist on the original. Recommended.

Terrence Fixmer guest-stars on Tiga's Turbo label with 'Epsilon' and 'Rotor', two tracks of spacious and bleepy Pan_sonic techno, which get treated to two denser percussive edits by Glasgows Sei A. Highly recommended for Ostgut and Sandwell fans.

Great return for former Gigolo man Terence Fixmer with an EP of deep, stomping and minimal chord & bleep techno, which fans of Ostgut, Sandwell District or Sleeparchive should absolutely love. Comes with a fitting remix by Luke Slater's Planetary Assault Systems.

Terence Fixmer's return to Electric Deluxe, run by Jochem Paap AKA Speedy J, sees the French techno pioneer delivering his signature brand of relentless, industrial techno. Sandwell District's Function gets enlisted for a sparse, paranoid re-envisioning of "Electric City."
