Rocking out of Hamburg, Marco Niemerski, better known as Tensnake, is the man responsible for 'putting a smile on your face' tracks like 'Hanselstadt' off his Fried Egg EP, which suggests a tropical backdrop for the dance floor in which everyone dancing has one of those drinks with an umbrella in it. Tensnake's latest offering, 'In The End (I want You to Cry)', sees his return to the production of upbeat tracks like 'Can You Feel It'. Tensnake has spent the last several years trying to bring back the 'fun' to the dance music scene. Says Niemerski, 'I just think it's time to put some fun back into music. There's a lot of serious stuff out there.' Tensnake's style can best be described as warm and melodic house with a touch of African/tribal percussion.
