Run by Paris-born Columbian Sebastian Ramirez out of London, Brut! not only transgresses geographic borders, but also the stylistic boundaries of contemporary techno and house. Despite a number of club hits, Brut! is not about releasing the biggest dance-floor bomb, but rather favours the EP format to give its artists full freedom of expression. Brut!'s recently founded sub-labels are Blues! and Pop!.
