This excellent single by Carlos Nilmmns and Graham Wilson has the Glasgow based duo puncture an epic Carl-Craig-meets-Lil-Louis techno workout with a massive, funked-up bassline ('Litho'), while delivering a more tranquil slice of Detroit-style techhouse with the eponymous 'Elko'. Perfect.
