Recently signed to the mighty Pokerflat label, Simon Flower is quickly becoming New Zealand's leading techno and house export. Flower started out during the early 90s, recording as Peak:shift and starting a label called Nurture. His international popularity however only developed recently, when he moved his deep and dark sound into a more club-friendly direction and began to favour live gigs over DJing. Releases for several German labels ensued, including Moon Harbour and related imprint Curl Curl Music.
