Performing as a dancer with bands like Quazar put Chinedum Nwosu a.k.a. Shinedoe in touch with the Dutch house and techno scene. When she picked up DJing in the mid-90s, her funky tech-house sets earned her a steadily growing reputation and had her play many known clubs and festivals around the globe. Her move into production was a logical consequence of her work behind the decks and her debut release Dilemma on Dylan Hermelijn's 100% Pure label became one of the biggest techno tunes of 2004. In the same year she founded the label Intacto together with Hermelijn, for which she records under the name Innersphere. Shinedoe's tracks combine the efficiency of modern minimalism with the sound aesthetics of Detroit techno, often using modulated house chords to great effect as their rhythmic and melodic foundation.
