Philadelphia-based label Foundsound takes its name seriously and constructs quirky, dancefloor-friendly minimal techno and microhouse from fragmented samples, sounds, and random field recordings. Glitchy beats come from label-owners Kate Iwanowicz (Miskate), Sean O'Neal (a.k.a. Someone Else) and Cyhl Takerkart (a.k.a. Fusiphorm), aided by a wealth of international guest producers.
