Spanning more than 20 years, Rodney Hunter's musical career got off to an auspicious start as he, then underage, helmed bass guitar duties for the Austrian band 'Mordbuben AG.' Soon thereafter, Hunter became a member of the legendary Austrian hip hop group 'The Moreau's,' alongside Peter Kruder, DJ DSL and Sugar B, which inspired him to launch his own label and production company, Uptight, with Werner Geier. Rodney's first big hit was with the production of Leena Conquest's 1994 mammoth track 'Boundaries' which, alongside Kruder&Dorfmeister established him as a world-class producer based out of Vienna. Rodney has remixed everyone from Doug E. Fresh and Freakpower, to Cornershop, Shantel, and Martine Girault, to name but a few. He is also as a hit supplier for the hip hop formation Aphrodelics.
In 2004 Hunter released his first album 'Hunter Files.' His second solo album 'Hunterville' followed in 2007.
