Detroit veteran Robert O'Dell previously released records on the legendary Rephlex and the Metroplex's sub-label Interface, and provided vocals for Juan Atkins's final R&S album. He has recently returned to the scene with releases for the London based label Citinite. Robert says: "I was inspired by a lot of groups, from Kraftwerk to Duran Duran. The reason I have an OB-8 is because I wanted the same set-up as Thomas Dolby. But I wanted my music funky and sexy like Prince and George Clinton."
