Active since 1991, Carl Craig's Planet E label has been one of the most influential electronic music imprints of the past two decades, pioneering the exchange of ideas between techno music and genres like jazz and soul. Set up as an outlet for Craig's own productions as 69, like-minded producers such as Kirk Degiorgio or Terrace contributed to the label early on, and it was as early as 1992 that Craig recorded the seminal Jazz-fusion track 'Bug In The Bass Bin' with his Innerzone Orchestra. More artists associated with the label at one point or another include Recloose, Common Factor, and more recently Martin Buttrich and Vince Watson.

Can't go wrong with this one.
