Ever since Patrick Rasmussen, better known as Raz Ohara, moved to Berlin back in 1994 at the age of 18 his life has revolved around music. From his first forays as part of a hip-hop crew the gifted vocalist quickly got into production himself, leading to his first solo album on Kitty-Yo in 1999. Through techno producer Alexander Kowalski Ohara got into electronic music, paving the way for further successful collaborations with a variety of producers, most notably Apparat. In 2007 Ohara started the Odd Ochestra project together with Oliver Doerell (of Dictaphone and Swod, combining analogue instrumentation, dreamy electronica and Ohara's unmistakeable singing style.
