Britain's Oliver Ho is best known for the music he has produced for Blueprint and his own label Meta for over more than a decade. Making a name for himself by pioneering percussive techno in tune with the styles of Jeff Mills or Adam Beyer, Ho has always maintained a more experimental edge over many of his peers by delving deeper into the polyrhythmic possibilities of his style. Feeling the urge to break with his illustrious past he has started his current project Raudive in 2006, named after the Latvian parapsychologist Konstantin Raudive, who developed elaborate concepts to record the voices of the deceased. Taking the ideas explored over the past ten years and distilling them into a more reduced form has since gained him universal acclaim from techno audiences and press alike for his releases on Klang Elektronik, Poker Flat, Music Man or Macro Recordings.
