Long drifting and melodic techno tracks are the trademark of young Dutch producer Quince, a home-grown artist of Amsterdam's Delsin label, for which he has been recording since 2006. Sharing a deepness in sound with the pioneers of Detroit techno like Carl Craig or Kenny Larkin, Quince' several EPs and 2007 album 'En.vi.sion' have been instrumental in defining the 'new generation' sound of his home-label.

'Soba', a track you could just listen for hours on end, and its counterpart 'Udon' further raise the bar for this home grown artist of Amsterdam's label Delsin. His second EP this year after his Benny Rodriguez collaboration for Smallville, we can only hope he continues in the same vein.
