Pursuit Grooves is Brooklyn producer/vocalist Vanese Smith, who has released two other albums on her own What Rules Records and has contributed to Rush Hour's Beat Dimensions compilation. Her sublime vocal styling is matched superbly to her ability to lay down a killer groove.
