The second of Evgeny Pozharnov's two-part debut album strikes as tough as the first, a grim urban vision enacted with jump-up seething electro razor-synths and roving stylistically across late-dubstep, neo-electro, acid and euro-techno. Perhaps rebellion for the Boys Noize generation, a couple of alright tracks here.
