Fresh from touring the world with Carl Craig, Paul Woolford unleashes a stunning single on Phonica. Incorporating sounds from UK funky and dubstep, 'Can't Do Without' is a killer skewed house number with a cheeky bassline while 'Bareback' is a crushed-up moody rhythm driven jam. Heavy!

This first collaboration between Paul Hamill and Phil Johnston aka Psycatron (with releases on Planet E and R&S) and Paul Woolford (Renaissance) flies the flag high for UK techno in 2010. 'Thunder' utters mean shuddering stabs and nimble percussion, whilst 'Cloud 9' drives a warmer floating high. Solid.

Two Chicago-inspired jackers by Paul Woolford for Robsoul, which take away some of the intensity of their role models, leaving more room and space to develop over their playing time. Perfect for everybody trying to bring some old-school flavour into their sets but still keeping an eye on modern days.
