Established in 1996 by James Ruskin and Richard Polskin, also known as Outline, Blueprint Records arrived fresh on the heels of a dance/techno music dryspell. However, thanks to solid debut releases, 'First Contact' by Outline, 'The Gathering' by Oliver Ho, and 'Transition' by Ruskin, (which all came in quick succession), both lover's of dance and techno music as well as the lads at Blueprint, had something to nod their heads to. 2009 witnesses Blueprint's most recent releases: the Maxi Single 'Sabre EP' by Ruskin, as well as Ruskin's side project along with Karl O'Connor, 'O/V/R'.

After the recent Ben Klock, Robert Hood and DVS1 remixes of James Ruskin & Regis' O/V/R project, another like-minded techno ambassador is recruited. The first MD mix is pure dusty stoicism, the second returning the eerie melody and the third getting downright dark and twisted. Wicked.
