Dug Out continues to unearth long lost gems from the immense Black Victory label - this time it's Nitty Gritty's 'General Penitentiary' album from 1987, a dream combination of Studio One and Bullwackies musicians, with the young sing-jay already at the top of his game. Superb rhythms, killer dubs, essential!
