Mesak Mesak Mesak Music Producer (MP3 Downloads) Artist Klakson
Mesak is Turku's Tatu Metsätähti, one of Finland's most prolific producers of analogue electro and funked-up low-fi house. Since the late 90s Tatu has been releasing his music under a variety of project names, the most prominent perhaps being Mr. Velcro Fastener, a group he founded with Tatu Peltonen. Mesak releases have mostly appeared on the Dutch Klakson imprint, which is also the outlet of his newest album, 'Dada Wheel'.

Mesak has been at the forefront of the Nordic Skweee movement lately (which crosses over dubstep, r'n'b and funk), but for 'Cycle of 12' he returns to his classic electro roots: Eight tracks of bouncing 808 beats, spluttering synth lines and dystopian sci-fi moods. Essential album for all electroheads.
